Roger Federer Humbles Bjorn Phau in the Second Round of US Open 2012


Roger Federer continued his assault at the US Open with a second round encounter with German Bjorn Phau. With occasional forays at the net, the Swiss maestro masterfully move the German around the court. Though at the times the German made some crisp winners but it wasn't enough to stop Federer. The number seed ruthlessly sealed the match with an ace to end it at 6-2 6-3 6-2.
